WILLIAMS, THOMAS (Twm Pedrog; 1774 - 1814), poet Born 25 May 1774, the son of Owen Williams, farmer and inn-keeper, the Sign, Llanbedrog, Caernarfonshire, and Catherine, his wife - and christened 3 June 1774. He spent some time at sea - one of his awdlau was written on board H.M.S. Amethyst, 1800 - but he returned and settled in his native county. WILLIAMS, THOMAS (Brynfab; 1848 - 1927), littérateur and farmer Born 8 September 1848 at Fforch Aman, a farm in Cwmaman, Aberdare, son of Thomas and Gwenllian Williams. When he was very young, the family moved to Fforch, Treorchy, where he received what little education he ever had. WILLIAMS, THOMAS (Tom Nefyn; 1895 - 1958), minister (Presb.) and evangelist Born 23 January 1895 at Bronolau, Boduan, Caernarfonshire, son of John Thomas, a well-known local poet in Llŷn, and his wife Ann Williams.
