MEREDITH, Sir JOHN
(1714 - 1780), lawyer
was a native of Radnorshire. He was high sheriff of Brecknock in 1762 (the year of his knighthood, it would seem), and also of Radnorshire - in 1780, according to the printed copy of his memorial inscription (

Dewi Morgan was born 21 December 1877 at Brynderwen, Dôl-y-bont, Ceredigion, the son of William Morgan (1852-1917) and Jane
