(1865 - 1955), first Baronet created 1918, and a judge

of the death of lady Pryce, wife of

John Pryce of Newtown Hall (1732). A letter by him on the fire in Harlech Marsh, 1694, appeared in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. He was in 1759 a corresponding member of the Honourable Society of Cymmrodorion.
