FOOT, MICHAEL MACKINTOSH (1913 - 2010), politician, journalist, author the individual and the nations. Michael Foot died at his home in Hampstead, London on 3 March 2010 and his humanist funeral was held at Golders Green Crematorium on 15 March.

FROST, JOHN (1784 - 1877), Chartist Born 25 May 1784, son of John and Sarah Frost, Royal Oak Inn, Newport, Monmouth. Apprenticed to his grandfather as a bootmaker, he later became a draper's assistant in Bristol and London. GABE, RHYS THOMAS (1880 - 1967), rugby player , firm and boney, he was difficult to tackle. In 1901 he began a teacher s' training course at Borough Road College, London, and played for a period with London Welsh. After travelling to Australia with the British team in 1904, he returned to be a teacher in Cardiff, and scored 51 tries in 115 games for the city's club before resigning in 1908. GILBERTSON, LEWIS (1814 - 1896), cleric, vice-principal of Jesus College, Oxford Born at Dôlclettwr, Tre'r-ddôl on Tre'r-ddôl ar 27 November 1814, the fourth son of William Cobb Gilbertson (1768-1864), a lawyer originally from Middlesex, and his third wife, Elizabeth, and baptized in Llancynfelyn Church on 3 December.
